The Space:
Our Germantown home provides 1,500 square feet for a relaxing stay. The large front patio has an adorable porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee or just enjoy the neighborhood like a local. The living room offers ample sitting space with a large flat-screen TV. The fireplace located inside is off-limits. The fully-stocked kitchen provides everything necessary to cook simple meals, a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, and stove. The dining table seats six and there are an additional two barstools located in the kitchen for additional seating. The 3 bedrooms located downstairs each have a queen-size bed and there is a full bathroom with tub and shower. There are approximately 15 steps to climb to get to the second-level master suite, which offers an additional queen size bed and full bathroom with a shower. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement and there are 12 steps to get to the lower level.
Guest Access:
Anything inside of the home is free to use. There is a parking pad next to the home that easily accommodates two vehicles. Guests may enter through the rear of the home once parked there.
