Comfortable queen size posturpedic bed in bedroom, queen size sofa sleeper and 2 single futons (best for kids) for extra sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, Ninja coffee maker, microwave (no dishwasher). Large backyard for playing games or just relaxing. The house has a great view of the valley and to the west of Tacoma and the Olympic Mountains. We are 5 minutes from The Washington State Fairgrounds and Good Samaritan Hospital.
