"Gated, secluded and established neighborhood, this beautiful and spacious home is just what you're looking for. Gorgeous lakefront with unmatched privacy and serenity. The outdoor living space is a dream! The sparkling salty pool with waterfalls surrounded by tropical landscaped and a total privacy away from the neighbors makes this home a perfect PARADISE!

The space
The house has 4 bedrooms in total. The house is listed as 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with plenty of space to be comfortable. The master bedroom remains locked with the personal belongings of the owner. Owner does not sleep there or lives there. The owner only keeps her personal belongings inside the master room.
The swimming pool is very beautiful but is not heated, I doubt that in Tampa you can find a heated pool because is not need it.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with new mattresses, the third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser, night stand and it’s located on the first floor.
In the loaf you will find a sofa couch for your convenience.
In the patio where the pool is you will find a beautiful sitting area with plenty of beautiful patio furniture, there is also a Tv outside in the patio. There is also a patio dinning table.
In the kitchen you have dishes set, and everything for 4 people.
Also you have a Nesspresso coffee machine and expresso machine. You will have a new set of knife, and everything need it. In case you will need something special please let me know and I will do my best to have it for you.
