Private lane off the main road. The rental is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the second floor of our home. It has a private outside entrance and the property is gated on over an acre of land. The apartment is secluded at the rear of the house and not over the main part of our living area. It has an eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, and deck overlooking the pool. The pool is 9 ft at the deep end and is heated for an extra fee. Heat pumps work when air temp. is over 55. It has a diving platform and waterslide that are available at your own risk. Registered guests ONLY permitted on the property
We are a little over 2 miles from the interstate and close to shopping, restaurants, and Siesta Key beach. Have fun at the beach and local attractions and then come back to a quiet setting to relax away from the crowds. We are the only house on our road and the apartment is upstairs with a private entrance and lots of parking. The living room has a large screen TV. There are 2 parks nearby with playgrounds for children. Small, low/no shed dogs permitted for extra fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture/beds and must be in kitchen when left unattended.
