After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!
Any tampering with or covering of the cameras or internet in any way will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM or later.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Additionally, if there are any parties or damages, a fee of $500 will be charged.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.
Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.
You're assuming all risk and liability when using the pool.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.

If pets are brought onto the property without prior authorization, you will be fined $300 in addition to the $300 pet fee that we charge.
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor patio area. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating.. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway and 1 car on the street. No matter how many guests arrive and stay, we only permit 4 cars max per reservation, and we only let in the first 8 guests.
Also, the city fines us $500 if there are more than three cars in the driveway or more than one car on the street, so we add $200 for extra guests and $500 if there are more than three cars/trucks in the driveway.

We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.

You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.
