This summer cottage has both air conditioning and also space heaters when needed for any chilly days. Boat launch to Mirror lake is 1 mile away and boat launch to Lake Winnepauskee is just down the street. 1/4 mile away. You can bring your kayaks and launch right in front of the cottage. There is a fire pit with some town restrictions for burning and a wonderful screened in porch for having coffee and breakfast or just hanging out.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, wonderful gas Jenn-Aire range with griddle, all sorts of kitchen supplies and an eat in island. The dining room can sit multiple people and opens on to the screen porch. We even have a pull up bar in the back of the cottage for those that must get in a bit of exercise while away.
The town of Wolfeboro is 5 minutes away. All dining and shopping, groceries etc are very close by. There is the weekly Farmers Market on Thursdays. A MUST to attend. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet mornings, this terrific home provides a welcoming space to recharge.
