Plus enjoy our outdoor patio area with couch seating and dining table, with your own private BBQ. Inside we have brand new furnishings, carpet and paint to go with our high end bedding and towels. A full kitchen is there will all the extras and we also allow the use of our 4 seater golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood. This home also comes with an attached garage for extra privacy for your vehicle. The large master bath and walk in closet is handy with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms adjoined by their own Jack and Jill bathroom for convenience. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also in the condo. This is a single level home with no stairs and plenty of courtyard privacy. Come enjoy our piece of paradise in the desert.
