Nestled in the peaceful outskirts of Santa Fe, this spacious and sunlit home is ideal for those looking for serenity and views within a short drive to downtown Santa Fe. This three bedroom, two bathroom home features a detached studio, hot tub, multiple private walled in patios, a koi pond and spectacular sunsets. Light, cheerful and spacious this home is perfect for family gatherings and getaways.
Enter through a distressed wooden gate and you are greeted with a large lawn with a koi pond and plenty of space for your dog to explore freely. Through the front door you’ll be greeted by tall ceilings featuring vigas and latillas which were harvested in 1891 and brought from a 100 year old fishing lodge in Pecos, NM. The living room features a large smart television, comfortable seating for upto 10 people and a stunning fireplace.
The master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bath, luxury sitting area and private patio for a morning coffee with spectacular sunrise views. The second bedroom features a queen bed, large workspace including printer and a window seat overlooking the front lawn and koi pond. Down the hall you’ll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and full tub, handmade Mexican tiles adorn the walls with luxury linens and amenities available to our guests. The third bedroom features two extra long twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request.
Off the kitchen is a screened in porch with a sitting area, dining table and BBQ grill. Steps from the patio is a hot tub for six, situated perfectly under our New Mexican sky with some of the best star gazing. From here, you’ll walk about 100 feet to the detached studio with a game and lounge area with heat/cooling.
