Enjoy wonderful, sweeping tidal marsh views from this very comfortable three-bedroom home. Only 0.7 mi to Burton Baker Beach on the bay in the desirable Indian Neck area of Wellfleet. Ever-changing Fox Island Marsh views and magnificent sunsets from the house and deck.
Enter an open, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with large windows and slider to the upper deck. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and dining table that seats eight. Just off the kitchen is the spacious living room with comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi, stereo and ductless split unit air conditioner. Large sloped windows offer a full view of the tidal marsh. There is also a full bathroom with a tile shower and washer/dryer on the first floor and a sun room with seating and slider to the deck.
Stairs from the living room lead to the second floor with an open loft looking out over the living room and the tidal marsh beyond. Relax in the loft with futon, chair, flat screen smart TV with cable, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner--a great place to answer work emails or finish a bestseller.
The lovely, private primary bedroom is also on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, ductless split unit air conditioner, flat screen TV with cable and large windows offering a panoramic view of the tidal marsh. There is plenty of closet space and a custom ensuite bathroom with separate jetted tub and tiled shower with glass doors.
The lower level has a cozy den with comfortable seating, ductless split unit air conditioner, flat screen TV with cable, ping pong table, bar and slider to the lower deck. The home's two other bedrooms are on this floor. One has a queen bed, marsh views and a ductless split unit air conditioner, and the other has two twins and a ductless split unit air conditioner.
This spacious home has wonderful outdoor spaces including two decks--approximately 700 sq. ft. (upper accessed via the first floor and lower accessed via the lower level, exterior stairs connect the two). Outdoor furniture on both decks and a gas grill on the upper deck. Enjoy the patio shaded by the upper deck. There is a lovely enclosed outdoor shower.

Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
