The private dock is on deep water and the view from the porch is a big-water view. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee, listen to the song birds, watch the blue birds feed their young, or simply sip your coffee and enjoy the serenity of the lake. This home is a relaxing get-away retreat for the weekend, week or longer.
On the inside, you will have a lake view from any room in the house. The house has renovated great-room, kitchen, bedrooms, and baths. The spacious great-room is big enough for the entire family and your friends to gather with ample seating, a beautiful brick fireplace, and a 42” HDTV with Directv. There are two sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa.
Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom with granite counter tops. You have deck access for both bedrooms that will allow you to slip out and enjoy the morning without disturbing the rest of the household. A roll-away bed is available for an additional child.
If you are a boater, skier, or fisherman, you can dock your boat on our private dock. Take your boat out to the Lake Oconee Sandbar, anchor and enjoy the party atmosphere with the other boaters on the weekends. For an enjoyable evening, take your boat across the lake for a dinner at the Ritz-Carlton. There is a boat ramp 2.2 miles north of our subdivision.
Golfers will enjoy a golfer’s getaway with over 130 holes of golf and ten world-class golf courses to choose from. There are many signature golf courses of the nearby area including Harbor Club; The Landing at Reynolds Plantation; Cuscowilla; just to name a few.
If you enjoy walking, the quiet subdivision is a perfect place for a good walk.
Local restaurants include Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Seafood, Steak House and BBQ. Grocery shopping is available at the Publix and Ingles in Greensboro.
