The Master en-suite bedroom with a walk-in closet & TV, and an office/sunroom (with single bed) are on one side of the house. While the 2nd bedroom (with adjacent bath), laundry, and TV room (with 55" Samsung TV) are on the other side.
The 3 sliding glass doors provide 3 rooms with incredible views, and access to very private yard. You will find a hot tub, fire pit, gas grille, gardens, walkways, and plenty of outdoor patio space and seating to entertain or relax.
There is a natural path, with granite steps to the beach, where you can search for shells, rocks, driftwood, crabs, muscles, etc, launch a kayak, paddle board or swim.
