We use self-check-in for all guests but I make sure to touch base with them upfront as well as after their stay, giving them privacy during their stay. We are only a text or phone call away if you need us.
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This suite is in a building with 2 other suites and only the entrance hallway is shared.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
