The three spacious bedrooms include the master with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a double bedroom. The separate main bathroom has both a shower and bath. Located just minutes from the iconic surf beaches of Newport, Bungan and Avalon and to a variety of restaurants and boutiques that ooze casual sophistication and charm. Justin Hemmes newly renovated “The Newport” perched on the banks of Pittwater is within easy walking distance. The property is located on Sydney's Northern Peninsular, just fifteen minutes drive to exclusive Palm Beach and one hour from the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. NOTE: This home is a relaxing sanctuary and ideal for entertaining with family and friends, however due to its proximity to others, large functions or parties are strictly prohibited. NB.
