Our spacious two-story home in the heart of Allentown is truly a home away from home! Our space offers all the comforts and amenities of home with lots of charm and character, modern updates and brand new furniture.
Located in the heart of Allentown with just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores, and free off street parking, our home is perfect for a weekend get away, business trip, or extended stay!
Main Room: Spacious living room with ample seating for guests and a 50" Roku Smart TV. Wireless Internet is available throughout the entire space at no charge. Includes a fold down couch and space for the air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.
Kitchen: Large and updated with a full size stainless steel appliances-stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also included. There is a table with seating for four guests and space for an additional four at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have comfortable queen mattresses. One bedroom is on the first floor and the other two are on the second floor. There are extra pillows and blankets in the upstairs hallway closet.
There is an air mattress in the upstairs bedroom closet for an additional sleeping arrangement.
Bathrooms: The first floor bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, and the upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower. Both have all necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, towels and washcloths.
Backyard: Guests can use the backyard and gas grill, but it is shared with the other unit. There is a porch off of the kitchen for There can be no loud noise/music outside at any time.
Accessibility: There are 4 steps leading to the front door and guests must climb an additional flight of stairs to access the second floor. A full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed are located on the first floor. There are exterior cameras, but no interior cameras.
Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Allentown and a quick drive from the Downtown/Medical Corridor, Key Bank Center, Larkinville, Canalside, Elmwood Avenue, Burchfield Penney Art Gallery and Albright Knox Art Gallery! New Era Field and Niagara Falls are a 25 minute drive or less.
