This spacious beach house is located less than a minute walk to our world famous beaches. The home also features a private (heated) pool, a free 6-seater golf cart and a BBQ grill.

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

PARKING:
▶︎There is parking for 4 vehicles in the single lane driveway. We recommend you carpool to bring the minimum number of vehicles possible.
Parking extra vehicles at nearby parking lots are an option (all within a minute drive from the house). NO parking on the grass, streets, or sidewalks.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it. Any fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
