Centrally located near the Front Royal area with access to many hiking trails in Shenandoah National Park, wineries, farms, river activities, restaurants, stores and more within a 15-25 min drive. The cabin features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen & living/dining room, 65" Smart Roku TV, fast wifi (~470 Mbps), hot tub, large two-level deck, grill, patio heater, outdoor dining table, rocking chairs, porch swing, cornhole & board games. The main level boasts vaulted pine wood ceilings and a wall of windows and French doors that open to the wooded backyard. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an office area, and a loft that serves as a second office space.

Guest access
Guests can use the smart lock to self check-in using the code provided prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire property and cabin during the stay. There are a few cabinets and closets inside the house that are locked for the owner's use, as well as the basement fridges.

You may arm the home with the ADT system with the same door code.

Other things to note:

VERY IMPORTANT: The cabin is on a septic system (welcome to mountain living!), please ensure nothing other than toilet paper is flushed down the toilets.

We are dog friendly but require a $50/pet fee. You will receive the request to pay the pet fee via the app which must be paid before check in. Please treat this place like your own and if you bring your pet please clean up after them. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture. Please let us know if your dog will be joining you on your stay! We offer a few dog friendly amenities such as a set of dog bowls, a large dog crate, and a portable pet playpen.

At this time, there are no outdoor fires allowed due to county regulations. There are no ATVs, fireworks or guns allowed on property.

*Liberty Chalet is located in a residential neighborhood and therefore needs to abide by Warren County quiet hours of 10pm-7am. We kindly ask that you please keep the noise level down during quiet hours of 10pm-7am, this will help us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.*

To help maintain a sparkling clean environment, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the cabin. Please bring home slippers or warm cozy socks for your comfort.

Liberty Chalet is treated for pest and insect control however given this property is located on a mountain, in nature, the occasional stink bug or spider may be unavoidable and advise guests to adjust their expectations accordingly to their environment. Bring bug spray (or use ours if provided) and don’t let these little critters scare you away from an unforgettable vacation! We also provide two handheld vacuums if you prefer to suck up any little critters you may encounter.

Waiver of liability for use of hot tub: The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the hot tub.
Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the hot tub. By using the hot tub guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests’ use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
