Zero stairs to the lake. Private dock. Private deck with seating and a gas grill (seasonal) Private firepit (seasonal). 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Central air. Conveniently equipped kitchen. Wifi. Paddle boat, kayaks and paddleboards. Enjoy the beauty, relaxation, and fun of lakeside recreation during any season, including fishing, swimming, kayaking, or snowmobiling. Plus, enjoy the convenience of being only 1 mile from town, with local shopping & dining! Elk Lake Park is one mile away with splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball court, and disc golf course. The golf course is 3 miles away by car, or take your boat. There are boat and pontoon rentals on the same lake and some deliver to our docks. We are 1 block off the ATV route.
