Welcome to Lake Entiat's Modern Estate located in one of Orondo's most sought after neighborhoods. Perfectly situated in a private like setting, but still only 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Chelan and five minutes from Desert Canyon Golf Course. This amazing resort style home was built just for your entertainment! First you will be greeted by our beautiful Choi fish as you walk across the bridge to open the front door (look closely they're in there). Upon entry you will be delighted by the amazing architect, glass like walls, steel stair case, and very large windows that allow for stunning views! The main level is spacious and open, great for entertainment. Sit down and have a drink in the beautiful piano bar as you listen to your musically talented family play, or let the piano play its self while you enjoy a meal at the 6 seat dining table. The Living room area includes a 65in TV that is mounted on a 6ft linear fire place, with a perfect view of the pool and lake. As you walk towards the kitchen don't forget to chill your wine in the wine cooler or grab some ice for your drink from the icemaker. The large kitchen has all the best amenities, including a big island that seats 4, and brand new top of the line appliances (like a 4" wide subzero fridge). Cook a fabulous meal as you stare out into the sunset! Next to the kitchen is a very quaint powder room , laundry area with side door access, and a big two car garage available for your use. Are you ready to unpack a little? Maybe watch a movie? Follow the staircase up to the second floor to find a large media room equipped with a 75in TV, computer station, and blue tooth compatible stereo system ( can play throughout house and pool area). Each bedroom was designed with a purpose, a theme. The 1st Master is the Marilyn Monroe room, it includes a King Sealy mattress, 55in mounted TV, a beautiful fire place, and a sliding glass door that opens up to the balcony . The Master bath includes a huge tub, walk in shower with a rainwater head, and a double sink vanity. The 2nd Master is the Frank Sinatra room, it also includes a King Sealy mattress, big walk in shower ( no tub), and very large windows. Our third bedroom is the Warhol room, suitable for adults with a Queen Sealy mattress and fabulous art. The fourth bedroom is suitable for children, with two bunk beds that sleep a total of 6. Directly outside this room is the spare bathroom with a walk in shower. Now, open up the sliding glass doors that lead out to the amazing top deck. This is a perfect place for catching up on emails in the morning with a cup of coffee or enjoying an evening drink next to fire place while you sit on the very comfortable outdoor furniture, also equipped with an outdoor TV. Last but not least make your way back downstairs to check out the astonishing water view deck area. Here you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, resort style custom built pool, tanning ledge, brand new spa that can comfortably fit 6 people, amazing fire feature, and lots of outdoor seating! There is also a huge grass area equipped for playing outdoor games, and the private dock that you are welcome to dock your boat to over night.
