Summary: Microtel Allowed early check in & staff is friendly. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near Hwy and there is a gas station/convenience store located next door. Back entrance near accessible rooms not working. Said parts on order - couldn’t say for how long Toilet not clean upon arrival No coffee maker in room Very limited continental breakfast in lobby Room Cleanliness and functional level isn’t unacceptable, but it needs improvement! Conditions not what I usually see at Wyndham properties, but room was cheaper than other nearby establishments. Tried to call from room for a Wake up call? Phone did not work and staff did not seem surprised about this when I Went to front desk to ask for working phone. Promptly offered a wake up knock- asked if I could just trade non op phone for working phone - “no” - again offered wake up knock. Told them a knock not likely to roust me. Said wake up knock all that was available- assume they don’t pay to have phones active. I was in an accessible room with a roll in shower. Room 101 - noisy as it is near loud back door that only works as an exit and is VERY loud when it Slams shut leads to stairs outside.
