For longer stays, nearly everything can come directly to you. Grocery delivery is readily available from organic and specialty grocers, traditional supermarkets, Costco and other big-box retailers. Restaurant delivery and a wide range of everyday goods and services are also available, with many deliveries reaching the property in approximately 30 minutes or less.
The estate provides a large private parking area with ample room for residents and approved guests.

The estate is particularly well suited for extended stays, executive and corporate housing, relocations, families between homes, and temporary or insurance housing. Longer stays are welcome, and we are happy to discuss individual needs when arranging an extended residency.
The home is located on 5.7 private acres in a peaceful rural setting, so guests may occasionally see local wildlife and experience the natural sights and sounds that come with country living. The property also includes a private avocado orchard and extensive landscaping, so scheduled landscaping, pool and property-maintenance services may occur during longer stays.
The pool and spa, sauna, private gym, theater and extensive outdoor amenities are for registered guests and approved visitors. Any gatherings, events or additional guests should be discussed and approved in advance.
Utilities are included with the stay subject to reasonable monthly usage allowances. Due to the size of the estate and Southern California energy costs, excessive electricity or natural gas usage above the included allowance will be billed separately at actual cost.
Pool heating is available upon request. Because continuously heating a large outdoor pool can result in substantial energy usage, continuous or extended pool heating is not included in the standard rental rate and may be subject to an additional charge or separate usage allowance. Normal spa heating for guest use is included. Specific utility allowances and pool-heating terms will be provided as part of the rental agreement.
Certain owner storage, utility and maintenance areas may remain locked and are not included with the rental.
