The airy, yet cozy Living Room is home to a wood burning fire-place and large TV and walks out to a southern-style screened in porch - complete with outdoor kitchen, second fireplace, outdoor tv and bar. Full surround sound indoor and outdoor speakers controlled via SONOS. The backyard has a boat dock (great for fishing and crabbing), outdoor shower, kayaks, hot/cold plunge pool and large gunite swimming pool with a waterfall, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Then, enter the garage, which has been converted into a gym and spa - complete with sauna and workout area (and a second washer/dryer too!).
