Guest access
Upon arrival, guests are provided with a code for a lockbox and home security system. The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Free parking is available in the driveway only, and the garage is reserved for the host. Please do not park on the lawn. Guests also have access to the basement laundry area, but there is currently no access to the boiler/storage/sauna area. There is an elliptical and pull-up bar in the basement for guest use. This is a charming historic home. As with any historic home, certain areas of the home are vintage and have authentic characteristics. Prior to your arrival, the home has been thoroughly cleaned and checked for maintenance. However upon arrival, should you notice any damages or anything that needs repair, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements can be made.
Lawn maintenance takes place weekly on Thursdays. This peaceful home is located in a residential area in the city of Cleveland Heights. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. No parties are allowed. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the apartment. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Monthly & yearly extended stays are welcome! Please inquire with the host for more information.
Upon departure, we ask that you please collect your trash from around the home and place it in the mud room/back hall prior to exiting. Please collect the dishes from around the home and load the dishwasher. We do require a cleaning fee from all stays in order to ensure that our spacious home is thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay. For long-term stays, additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.
