New apartment with modern coastal decor, 200 ft of lakefront in our protected cove with easy access to swimming or shore parking your boat. There's two bedrooms with beautiful new king beds, new linens, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry and a large covered patio. If you need extra sleeping space, we have a queen air bed and twin mattress to put wherever you like. The sofa sectional can also transform into a full-size bed. There's also a convenient office workspace available with a beautiful lake view.
Siesta Cove Marina is a 1 minute drive to launch your boat. Walk 3 minutes to the marina and enjoy live music on the weekends. Experience world-class fishing with our local fishing guide right next door to the property. If you just want to take a casual tour of the lake, he also does that too.
Access the lower level apartment via the stairs on the right side of the house where you'll find plenty of parking. We also have space to park your boat trailers.
Other things to note
The owners live upstairs so you might hear the sound of some light foot traffic. We have two outdoor cats and one sweet old outdoor dog. Your patio is covered so even in the rain you can enjoy sitting outdoors. *Note: we do not have a dock, but you can easily and safely park your boat on the shore.
