The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances, including an air fryer and Instant Pot, and plenty of counter space for the chef to whip up tasty meals. Dine together at the adjacent table for six, the dining room table for four, or pull up a barstool at the kitchen island to keep it casual.
Now it’s time to head out! You’ve got access to a water bouncer/trampoline, paddleboard, paddle boat, and 8 kayaks if you’d like to explore by water, and you’re not far from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park if you want to explore a bit further afield. If you want to stay close to home, the marina and restaurant are less than a mile away either by boat or by road. When you return, get the wood-burning fireplace crackling for maximum coziness and play a game of darts, badminton, or grab a board game.
Both the enclosed sun room and living room feature smart TVs (Roku and Fire TV), so everyone can pick what they want to watch. If you’ve got any work to catch up on at the end of the evening, the high-speed WiFi, printer, and dedicated desk areas will make it a breeze.
