I built this duplex from scratch in 2016. this listing is to buyout the entire building for large groups, family gatherings, corporate retreats, etc. Each home has its own parking, entrance, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms bathrooms, patio. there isn't any interior through-access between (you need to go outside one and over to the other). perfect for fuddy-duddy in-laws.
We use smart home technology to improve your experience, maintain efficiencies, manage costs. All technologies used are privacy compliant and are required on this property. There is no video or audio recording done inside the premises.
Again...Quiet Hours are at 10 p.m. This is pretty strictly enforced. Unfortunately, I've had to remove guests in the middle of the night who didn't believe me. This is a neighborhood and not suitable for partying.
