ABOUT THE HOME: Come experience the "Joy of Life", Joie de Vivre, on the beaches of 30A, located in the gated and serene Treetop neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. This home offers 4 Bedrooms with a bonus bunk area that sleeps an additional 7, making it 19 overall! Perfect for large groups or multiple families. As you enter this calm and serene beach cottage, you'll be greeted with gorgeous wood floors and an abundance of light. Enjoy an open living concept floor plan great for gathering and entertaining with a propane grill to use off the kitchen.
ABOUT THE AREA: Conveniently located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it's the perfect blend of privacy while still near all that 30A has to offer. As guests, you'll have access to Enjoy the use of a free tram service that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October.

• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
