This 21 ft boat is for your private use, parked on your own private dock on the premises, on a new motorized boat lift, ready for your next adventures! This boat has a powerful 150 HP 4-cylinder Yamaha engine, trim tabs with LED indicators, a bimini, a large Garmin GPS, an upgraded Fusion stereo, and auxiliary lighting to enhance your boating pleasure.
Located on a saltwater canal in desirable SW Cape Coral, in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and many fabulous restaurants, just minutes away from the World Famous Beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands, accessible by both car and boat.
Beautifully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths. Master bedroom has a plush king size bed, 42 inch TV and access to the lanai. Private bathroom with a shower and separate vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and also has access to the lanai and pool. Third bedroom has two full beds. Plenty of spacious closets. Comfortable living room arrangement with a 75 inch OLED TV, and high speed internet for your favorite streaming apps, and HBOMax for your viewing pleasure.
Well equipped, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker and all the amenities needed for your gourmet cooking. Dining table with seating for 6, and breakfast bar with seating for 4.
The fabulous lanai and pool area includes a cozy sitting area for morning coffee or evening happy hours. A separate lanai dining area with a large new stainless steel barbecue gas grill for your enjoyment. Propane is included at no additional charge.

The two-car garage has a new front-load full-sized washer and dryer, as well as plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler. Three bikes (and helmets) are included for your enjoyment.
The home is equipped with high-speed internet and a color laser printer. All linens, towels, beach towels, and sundries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, personal soap, and disinfectant are provided for your stay.
The lawn and pool are professionally maintained. There is a wonderful, mature mango tree to enjoy. This lovely home is on a saltwater canal, has access to the Gulf, and is minutes away from great restaurants at the marinas.
