Positive: The location, room and onsite staff were very kind, accommodating and professional...In fact, they are some of the best I have encountered. The breakfast and coffee were good. They had a bar and music, but I didn't go.

Negative: The staff were wonderful. However, I realized that I left a jewelry bag with some meaningful silver items. I called twice and am still waiting to hear back. I realize it is my fault for not double checking the room before I left as I was in a rush. Still.... a phone call with final findings would have been professional. UGH!
