Summary: The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious., nicely decorated and clean. The service at the front desk was very poor mostly I think because there was only one person and there were a lot of people checking in. We needed a luggage rack and after several requests, we finally got one about about half an hour of waiting quite late at night cappuccino in the morning was great. Appreciated the space for a dog to do their business outside on the fourth floor.
