Summary: Shuttle was on time and the driver did an outstanding job helping with an elderly couple and their motorized chair. Quick, friendly, professional and very helpful. Air conditioner and fan did not wotk. No power to thermostat or ac unit. Told desk, they said they'd take care if it...they did not. Hot and stuffy all during the stay. This is unexceptional service and needs further training.
