Summary: The staff were all friendly and helpful. But the room carpet was not very clean (dust and debris under the bed). We requested housekeeping the 2nd day of our 3 nights there; they made the bed (not well), replaced towels, emptied trash, but did not replace coffee station cups etc. nor toilet paper, which he had to request from front desk staff later that night. Also there was no way to set the time on the alarm clock; and the toilet ran off and on (we reported it when we left.) Certainly not issues we have encountered or would have expected at a Hilton property.
