You have Private Lake Access for swimming or parking your boat at the dock. Stone work surrounds the perimeter of the property, a side sitting porch with wicker furniture is available for your leisure, an expansive deck Overlooking the water with glass railings, a Boat Dock floating on the water with a water slide is available for your leisure, Tempur-Pedic Queen Size Bed in master bedroom, and Tempur-Pedic Double Bed in guest room, Both Beds have Bamboo memory foam pillows. Tempur-Pedic Twin Size bed in common area in back of house also available. Granite counter tops, City Water, Slate Flooring in Bathroom and porch. Easy safe and solid steps to lake and dock. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and basic staples are included. Coffee maker, Keurig and toaster are onsite. There is limited parking. Two cars parked behind each other is about all the driveway can accommodate. No boat trailers. ALSO NOTE: Lake water levels are subject to increase during periods of high rain. There are times of the year that water will rise above the walkway to the boat dock, rendering the entire boat dock useless during the high water phase. The deck is still accessible and house is also accessible.
