The River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. The Space:
The Guadalupe River Haus is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on the Guadalupe River. Enjoy amazing views from the two story deck or walk down to the riverfront to fish, swim, or kayak. There is plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family to enjoy. We are pet friendly so bring your fur babies with you! There are two gated areas, one in the front yard and one in the back yard for the dogs to run around. We do ask that you pick up after your pets please! The inside of the house is unique in that the kid's room is on one side of the house, with their own TV, bunk beds, and games to enjoy. The River Haus is only 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio, 20 minutes from Schertz, and 20 minutes to New Braunfels if you want to experience the nightlife, restaurants, or shopping. Speaking of shopping the Premium Outlet Mall in San Marcos is only 30 minutes away. Update: the riverbed has grown vegetation which we are keeping trimmed down around the stairs. We have also hired a landscaper to maintain a path in both directions to the water. If you follow the path to the left that area is great for fishing for catfish and swimming. If you follow the path to the right that area is great for bass fishing and kayaking.
