Surrounded by lush greenery, this charming home which was recently updated with stylish new furnishings welcomes guests with a picnic table on the front lawn, beckoning for cookouts on the Weber gas grill. Continue along the stepping stones to the screened porch with a 4-seat table and 2 cushioned chairs—a restful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour cocktails, or a cozy al fresco dinner. Inside, coastal-inspired décor, hardwood floors, and a soothing palette set the scene for a relaxing getaway. The living space features 4 armchairs, 2 ottomans, and a comfortable sofa arranged around the 70” brand new Samsung smart TV. On the opposite side of the great room is a dining table for 8, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar in the open kitchen.
