Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath furnished home located in quiet neighborhood with lots of trees around. Close to everything, but away from all the noise. 1760 sq. ft. under air with 2- car oversized garage. Inside laundry room with washer & dryer. French doors from master bedroom, living room area and family room. Large lanai that overlooks a beautiful wooded area with tall trees. Watch the sunrise sitting on the lanai with your 1st cup of coffee/tea. Easy access to I-75 and US 41, shopping, restaurants, and the conveniences of both Port Charlotte and North Port. This home offers plenty of privacy, spacious, split bedrooms, open floor plan to family room and dining room from the kitchen. Home also includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a 50" flat screen TV in the family room. Every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. Also close to Golf Courses and beautiful beaches! Master Bedroom has King bed, and large walk-in closet. Master bath has a walk-In shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Family room has a sleeper sofa, Sleep 6 to 7 persons. The entire space herein described plus Wi-Fi throughout the property (indoor and outdoor), including internet.
