This is a brand new property built by Roby Development that finished construction in August of 2022. This beautifully designed property has over 4,500 square feet of livable space. Open layout with a beautiful, spacious master on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has a large and very elegant kitchen and butlers kitchen in addition to the dining area next to the kitchen island. The family room has a large tv above a gas fireplace which can be turned on and off with a controller. The 1st floor also features an office area with a dedicated work space and a sofa bed. The 2nd floor features 2 large bedrooms. The 3rd floor is an entertainers dream with the massive outdoor terrace. It features a full bar, sitting area and 2 tvs. Open up the 12ft fully collapsable door to make the indoor and outdoor terrace turn into one massive space. The terrace has an outdoor sectional and a dining table along with another 70" tv. On the chillier nights, turn on the gas heater mounted on the ceiling with a flick of a switch to make this space usable anytime of the year. The basement has two additional bedrooms and a theatre room with a 7 speaker surround sound system. Our home can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Please refer to any of my other airbnb reviews to see how comfortable our mattresses are. This high-end home is BRAND NEW featuring marble, quartz and hard wood flooring throughout. No expense was spared building this truly one of kind home! This home comes with your own private 2 car garage with access in the back, as well as free on-street parking out front. Large closets and plenty of storage space if you need it. This place is truly one of a kind.
Columbus' standard bus service (COTA) is available nearby on Neil Avenue. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are readily available to take you to your desired destination! Less than 1 mile from a pickup location for the free 'CBUS' circulator bus that runs down High St. to Downtown, German Village and Brewery District. Columbus' bike sharing program (COGO) has a station 2 blocks away, and Lime & Bird scooters and bikes are often available in the area.
