This darling, two-story home is located on the Innerarity Point Peninsula, a sheltered stretch of land between Perdido Bay to the north and the Intracoastal to the south. You'll be an easy walk from Innerarity Point Park and the Galvez Landing Boat Ramp, both of which are just over half a mile east. The house is also wonderfully close to the white sand of Perdido Key Beach (three miles) and Blue Angels practice sessions at the National Naval Aviation Museum (10 miles).
Wake up each morning to savor your first cup of coffee on the porch or the back patio, keeping your eyes and ears open for passing osprey, pelicans, herons, and bluebirds. Back inside, prepare a homemade breakfast using stainless steel kitchen appliances, and sit down for eggs and pancakes at the dining room table.
After a day out and about, return home to unwind in central air conditioning, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and share your favorite photos via the complimentary WiFi. Each of the three bedrooms has its own smart TV, including one with a wall projector.
