Welcome to our newly renovated home that is located just a few minutes from downtown Elizabethtown, Fort Knox, breweries, Bourbon trails, nature parks, hiking, downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, etc. This house is a very spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home. We have three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is plenty of closet and storage space for your convenience as well. The kitchen is a large space equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, cups/mugs, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig. Right off the kitchen you will see the dining area and the living room (it is an open concept). You will have garage access with plenty of parking available. We also have a level 2 EV charging station available for your convenience. Charger outlet is on a 60 AMP dedicated breaker, 240v NEMA 14-50 connector type required.
