Hardwood floors, full kitchen, beautiful deck with rocking chairs, porch swing, tv, gas grill, fire pit and deck heater for those chilly nights. This home sits on a secluded mountain side just a few miles from the town Sylva, Western Carolina University. 20 minutes from Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spectacular fly fishing, tubing and kayaking in the Tuckasegee River, plenty of hiking, WCU Sports or explore beautiful downtown Sylva.

No smoking allowed- If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
