This lovely Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the desirable prime South Fort Myers Beach location right on the sand! The balcony offers spectacular direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect place to relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine to take in our world famous sunsets. There is comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the living room. Sleeper sofa in living room can sleep two extra guests. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for four. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a TV, and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination; while the guest bedroom features twin bunk beds, and a guest bathroom with a walk in shower. WIFI is provided in the condo.
Just a few steps up to the 1st floor of Leonardo Arms on Fort Myers Beach, and this oceanfront condo is ready for you and your family to enjoy our wonderful Florida sunshine. Leonardo Arms features a private heated pool that overlooks the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico (not the parking lot); BBQ area for grilling; and 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach where you can do some shell collecting, bird watching, dolphin watching, fishing, or just embrace the laid back Florida lifestyle and soak up the sun on your morning walk. Other amenities include ample on-site parking and on-site laundry facilities. Leonardo Arms is conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a drug store and a marina with boat rentals.
