We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns.
