Master bedroom has its own private balcony with its own private bath. Located in the heart of the rocky coast of Maine, between York and Ogunquit.
We have the rights to offer immediate property owners access to a rocky beach down from the house. The beach is shared by the property owners in the area. Only the immediate renters can use the beach ! If you are renting you cannot bring friends and guests to the beach. Because people have been injured climbing on the rocks and cliff , we do have a liability form renters must sign. ( sorry it only took one family to invite friends and over use the shared area.)
