Summary: I was on a conference call and the hotel staff HAD to take down the Christmas tree right next me while I was on video and speaking. That could have waited. This made for a very unpleasant day. Night reservation man was very rude to my husband. Did not treat with respect to someone not familiar with the area. Needed to buy eye solution and was unfamiliar with the 7-11 after hours service. Night reservation man did not help at all and was very cold to my husband. Eric was great and the doormen were great. Stay was comfortable however both rooms were very hot even though we turned the thermostat down to accommodate. Maybe leave instructions on how to make sure rooms do not burn up during winter months. Our room was not cleaned our second day of stay. Not sure why but we had to reuse dirty towels. Still enjoyed our stay but will most likely stay somewhere else next time.
