Very spacious and cozy, it has a balcony where you can see the sunrise from Lake Bryan, or even space craft launches from the East coast. On the other balcony in your room you can experience a private view of theme parks' fireworks.
As part of The Blue Heron Beach Resort you can also enjoy all the amenities including pools, fitness center, game room, dock walkway deck and more.
The space
The condo is perfect for a family of up to 7. All spaces have been fully renovated and styled with a modern-boho look. This unit has everything you need to make you feel at home and have a pleasant stay.
*MASTER BEDROOM*
It has a queen bed with a closet space with hangers, and a wall mounted TV (cable included). It also has sliding glass doors that lead you to a private balcony from which you can enjoy Disney fireworks in the evening.
There is also a private bathroom with a spacious shower and versatile shower heads. It includes a hair dryer. Toiletries and towels are included.
*SECOND BEDROOM*
It has 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, and an additional twin bed under it to fit more guests. There's a spacious closet with hangers, and an iron with its table. It also has a wall mounted TV (cable included). This bedroom has access to both the hallway and the second bathroom.
*SECOND BATHROOM *
It is located on right along the hallway. It has a spacious shower and versatile shower heads. It has two doors as it has access for both the hallway and the second bedroom. Toiletries and towels are included.
*HALLWAY*
Very nice semi private writer's nook that guests can use for work or leisure.
*KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING ROOM*
This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you breathtaking views of Lake Bryan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new small appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, Tupperware and serving dishes. It has a two sided refrigerator, microwave, an electric stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The sink also has a food disposal button. It also includes a Nespresso Vertuo automatic coffee machine. You can cook while you enjoy the beautiful Lakeview or have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools.
The dining and living room are in front of each other along the open space. The dining room includes two benches that can be stored under the table for more space. Perfectly located for you to have an amazing view while dining.
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, which if need it, converts to a queen bed. It also has two additional ottomans if you would like to play some boardgames that are included. There's also a TV (cable included) and a TV stand with a bluetooth AM/FM radio-speaker. Next to it are the sliding glass doors that lead you to a private balcony.
*BALCONY*
The most calm and unique place of this unit, where you're going to see the most stunning views of the sunrise at Lake Bryan from the 10th floor. Or just enjoy looking at the water sports. If you are lucky with the date, you might also see the space rocket launches from the East coast.
*LAUNDRY*
At the entrance of the unit there is a closet at the front with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
*RESORT ACCESS*
Guests will have full access to the Resort's amenities.
For your convenience, a trash chute is located on each floor behind the single elevator. Please dispose of your trash (in a secured bag) there.
