Porcelain wood-like tile floors throughout (No dirty carpets). 2 walk-in showers. The MBR has a King-size bed and 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds. New Hunter Douglas window treatments with electric shades in the LR and MBR. Walk out of the building onto the beautiful Tiger Tail beach . Amenities at Tradewinds include a beautiful heated pool and dual Tiki Grill area. It's a 3rd floor unit with unbelievable views of beach and sunsets. The LR/MBR and 2nd Bedroom have Flat Smart-TV's. The units comes with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and trolly to carry all. The unit also has a Car Parking with Covered Carport Spot and Separate Beach locker (on the apt’s floor). This building on the beach is within several blocks of some great restaurants and large grocery stores. And, down the beach is the fabulous JW Marriot with its great restaurants and bars.
All within walking distance from Tradewinds on the beach or in front, on sidewalks. Car service is available anywhere on the island.
