Summary: Paint and patch jobs to the wall and tub are terrible and chipping, the tub jets don’t work, and the room was not clean. Had dust and the tub was dirty from the floor to the ceiling. I don’t think it should be grounds for 1 star reviews because I understand that we stayed on Christmas and the staff were likely a skeleton crew due to that. Maybe I’m being too kind. Also, they rushed my children to finish their complementary breakfast and it was only 745am.
