Eagle River home (closer to St. Germain) rented for only 6 weeks a year. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, lake views, big newly renovated kitchen w/ 200 ft of shoreline and new pier for all the boats and water toys, plus a swim dock for your cannon ball contests. House is 2,600 square feet on Pickerel Lake.

There are two master bedrooms with en-suites overlooking the lake - one located on main floor and the second on the lower level. There are two great rooms for gathering together - one located on main level with wood burning fireplace and the second one on lower level with TV and DVD player. There is a well stocked cooks kitchen on main level and accommodations for 18 guests to make your stay in our home comfortable and memorable. You will find a handcrafted pine banquette table for family meals, game nights and socializing while taking in the extensive views of Pickerel Lake.
Outside features include 200 feet of lake frontage, a large dock for all the boats and water toys, swim dock, and a large sand play area on the shore. We provide two kayaks and rowboat for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a 350 square foot deck overlooking the lake with brand new large outdoor patio table and additional chairs. You will also find a firepit with seating all to relax and take in the views of the lake. We also have a large Weber charcoal and grilling tools. The property is set on nearly 2 acres of private land for your Northwoods vacation enjoyment. Tons of room to set up cornhole or other outdoor games!
This house is conveniently located just minutes from Eagle River, St. Germain and Sayner.

Cleaning Practices:
We have always followed the health department regulations for hotel cleaning standards. Here are the steps we are taking for your safety:
● Towels, linens, blankets and sheets are fresh washed and stocked in the linen closets.
● Mattress pads are treated with disinfectant before making beds
● Hard surfaces, floors, counters, vanities are washed with disinfecting detergent
● Showers, sinks, toilets, baths and dishwasher are bleach treated and cleaned
● The house is vacuumed, dusted and staged for each guest
● Beds will not be made. Fresh sheets will be placed on your bed so that you know that each bed has clean linens. You will be responsible for making your beds

We selected this cleaning product because of its effectiveness, safe application in the kitchen environment as well as Quat’s low odor and no residue characteristics.
