With bay views from the covered patio, the location is the best in the resort! The conference center and fitness center are a few yards away. Access to the tropical swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away and the Baytowne Wharf is a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a quick ride to the beach or spend an evening at the Baytowne Wharf enjoying dinner and entertainment.
Our newly furnished family room offers comfy seating, an HDTV, and access through sliding glass doors to a walk-out covered patio. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of dining and bar seating and all the cookware necessary to prepare a delicious meal for the family. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, fresh linens and generous closet space. There is a spacious master bathroom featuring a double vanity, a large shower and a separate soaking bathtub. Our second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and is located across the hallway from a full bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom is tastefully appointed in warm coastal style and offers a king bed, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and generous closet space. As a bonus, the third bedroom features a kitchenette newly designed with quartz countertops, a microwave oven, mini fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. Garage parking, tram service and wifi are complimentary.
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight with world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-jumping trampoline, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.
