Kathie's Beachfront Kottage is a spectacular luxury home located in the beautiful gated community of Beachside Village—close to town yet peacefully tucked away on the beachfront. Only about a 10-minute drive from Galveston's dining, nightlife, and attractions, this spacious home faces the Gulf of Mexico and offers unobstructed views in both directions, along with a private beach walkover. Featuring five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, this property is perfectly designed for families or groups traveling together, with two separate living areas that make it ideal for sharing.
The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan, creating a bright and inviting space for entertaining and relaxation.
The first living area includes two large sofas and plenty of comfortable seating for up to 13 guests. The large dining table seats 8–10, with additional seating at the kitchen island for the rest of the group. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and large refrigerator with an ice maker—perfect for preparing anything from casual snacks to full family dinners.
