Located just 2 blocks from the beach, Avery's Ocean Breeze is a beautifully decorated duplex with great ocean views. Rent one or both sides of the duplex and enjoy all the many pleasures of St. Augustine Beach. Rent the whole house and enjoy 6 bedrooms. There's plenty of parking out front and your pets are welcome too!
Each side of Avery's Ocean Beach includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps six – or a total of 12 if you rent both sides. The homes are air-conditioned and each has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There's also free Internet, which is great for arranging tee times, making dinner reservations or sending photos back home.
Walk across the front port sitting area and in the front door where you'll be greeted by an open-concept living room/dining room space. Everything in these units is brand-new because the duplex units themselves were recently built. Each home has a large flat-screen HDTV and comfortable furniture in the living room. Cool tile floors throughout feel great on the feet after a day on the beach.
Each dining area includes a table and six chairs, an elegant setting for any meal you eat in, but chances are you'll probably want to enjoy many meals at the great restaurants you'll find in and around St. Augustine Beach.
Each duplex's kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you'll need during your stay. You'll love the large granite countertops and extensive cabinets that give you plenty of room for storing your food.
Beyond the kitchen out back each side of the duplex has a large covered deck that leads out into the grassy yard, perfect for kids play.
The primary bedroom in each unit includes a king-sized bed and French doors leading directly to a balcony. The room is a true large retreat with chairs for reading and ample storage space.
The beautiful primary bathroom in each unit features a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity with enough space to spread out your stuff and get ready at leisure.
